Travel Support:

Early-Career Support and Rising Star Program

The generous support of IUCr and AsCA means that some limited funds are available to help students and post-docs to attend AsCA'13 through a contribution towards their travel expenses. The travel support awards will only be paid if the successful applicants present their work in person at the meeting, either orally or as a poster. In AsCA'13 the program committee will also select a number of abstracts from young scientists as Oral Presentations from 'Rising Stars' - up to one speaker per Micro-symposium. The selected speakers will have US$200 waived from their registration fee, (i.e. free for students, 50% for post-docs) and may also be eligible for the Early Career Travel Support.

Please download the Application Form for Early Career Scientist/ Rising Star Travel Support. Applications for the Travel Support should be submitted before 15 September, 2013 along with your abstract and necessary supporting documents as listed below.
