The Registration fees for the conference are as follows:

Payment Method

1. Credit Card

For your convenience we have set up an on-line system for credit card payment of Registration fees. These will be charged in HK$ at rate of HK$7.75 per US$. (Early-bird Standard fee HK$3,100; Student HK$1,550) If you do not have a credit card, or are have difficulty obtaining on-line approval, you may also pay in the following ways.

2. Cheque / Bank drafts

All cheques/bank drafts should be made payable to "The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology".  Personal cheques apply to local (Hong Kong) residents only; they may be in US$ if you have multi-currency account, or in HK$ at rate of HK$7.75 per US$. (Early-bird Standard fee HK$3,100; Student HK$1,550)

Please include copy of your abstract form / registration details if available.

3. Wire Transfer/TT

The money can be remitted to the following University bank account:

IMPORTANT the account is not specific for the conference so your remittance should include following identifying information: CHEM/AsCA13 Reg. Fees for name(s)

Please scan and send a copy of your wire transfer receipt to the conference secretariat by e-mail to asca13@ust.hk and please make it clear who the registration fees are covering.

Payment for Groups:

For convenience payment via any the three methods can be carried out for several persons from same group at once. However please make clear if paying by Bank draft or Wire Transfer the names of all the people covered by the fees.
